Meet our founder:

Meghan Guerrie: Founder and CEO

Meghan Guerrie discovered her passion for recovery through her own experience with addiction. After building a recovery path that worked for her, she has spent the past seven years helping others do the same through compassionate, client-focused support.

As CEO and Owner of Sober Is Behavioral Health, Meghan has grown a strong network of partnerships rooted in the belief that quality care comes first. She is committed to navigating the behavioral health landscape with integrity and to meeting the highest standards across services, operations, and compliance.

Meghan brings ethical leadership and honest values to every endeavor. Her greatest measure of success is seeing others grow—reflected in the team she has built at SIBH and in the thousands of lives positively impacted through her sister organization.
